Welcome to 7th and 8th grade Physical Education! My name is Mr. Van Damme and I am extremely excited to be here at Graham Middle School. This is my second year as a fully credentialed teacher, last year I taught 7th grade PE at Crittenden Middle School. I grew up not too far from here in Milpitas and went through the Milpitas School District from Kindergarten to my Senior year of High School. I started off my college education at Mission College, transferred to Sacramento State University, and then finished off my Bachelors and Teaching Credential at San Jose State University. I am now looking into continuing my education at Santa Clara University. I grew up in a very active family and enjoyed my childhood playing football, baseball, basketball, and wrestling. I also love the outdoors and enjoy surfing, mountain bike riding, hiking, backpacking, and snowboarding. I guess you can say I just love being physically active and adventurous. I spend my free time hanging out with my family and friends, going to concerts/events, and relaxing with a beautiful view of nature.
